“The HOST (aka managing rental company needs to improve upon their communication. Per Vrbo confirmation, the access code was to be sent at Noon on day of arrival. Then HOST said it would be sent before check-in time was was 4pm. We did not get the code until 5:45PM and this was after alot of phone calls and help from island residents. “We enjoyed our stay and love what the family has done with this property. We would recommend carpet or thick rugs for the upstairs units to help reduce noise. The first night wasn’t bad because the unit above us was empty but the second night was loud. Luckily we are both heavy sleepers so we made it work. Also, some of the towels were dirty and the extra blankets and sheets were dirty. That’s on the cleaning service not the owner. Overall we would stay there again. ”

(The code for the inside door was presented before the outside door.) Residual odor from smoking in the unit (likely prior to renovation) was apparent for 1 of the 3 guests with a keen sense of smell. Wished there had been a Keurig for morning coffee. ”
