“Maria and Brian Chamberlain were very friendly and welcoming. As it is a working farm, Brian was busy when we first arrived, late in the afternoon. Maria came out to greet us, as their were two houses just off the driveway and my wife and I didn't know which one to enter so to register. She quickly showed us to our room and introduced us to four other guests staying for an artist show. The Chamberlains had horses, donkeys, chickens, cats and a very friendly dog. “We stayed here with two families, a total of 9 people (5 kids), the room set ups are perfect to share with two families and was set up with xbox and other streaming services. Kitchen was stocked, the place was clean, the PM team was super responsive and pro-active. The hot tub was super clean and it was just a cozy house to enjoy friends and family after skiing all day. Short ride to Sunday River. We would definitely go back! Thank you! ”

We loved the hot tub, living room setup and games in the house. Sunday River is only a 12 minute drive from the house. Trevor, the host, was wonderfully communicative and our check-in and check-out processes were very easy. We would absolutely stay here again.”
