“We stayed at Ray's house in August 2025 for two nights -- two adults 8 year old twins. It's a great house! Perfect size for us with very comfy beds. It was also very well-stocked with extra towels and all the toiletries you may need. Communication with Ray both before and during the stay was excellent. Highly recommend! ”

“This house was perfect for us - and exactly as described in the VRBO description. It was really well-appointed, particularly the kitchen. But the little details were great - the products in the bathroom, etc. It just made for a very easy, enjoyable stay. Sabrina is also really responsive. There was a WiFi issue the night we arrived, outside of their control. She kept us posted as she heard from the provider and even gave us a small reimbursement for our inconvenience. Centrally located for a range of wonderful little communities, and close enough to New York that our son--who seldom leaves Manhattan Island--came up to spend a few days. Great open room, so I could cook and converse with family. I've never had a better getaway.”

The home was cozy, clean and very accommodating. My husband was so excited. He caught a large mouth bass within minutes. Catch and release of course. They even bought two dog toys for each of our pups which they loved… it was so sweet! We would definitely go back there!”

“The house was perfect for our Hudson Valley excursion with family. Kids loved the arcade games and skylights. We were able to get to Bear Mountain, Mohonk and Hyde Park extremely easily. Excellent walk down to the river and quiet neighborhood. Loved it.”
