“Pretty view of the bay from the screened in porch. Good space for our family. Very clean. Mattress in master bedroom was uncomfortable, but that was the only bad part. Downe is remote with barely any grocery/restaurants. It is an authentic, small fishing village. Beach is very narrow. But it is quiet and peaceful. We drove about an hour to Ocean City, NJ so our kids had more to do.”

“Very nice accommodations - super clean and updated interior. Host was very responsive! Would definitely recommend for a small guest party. Although, it advertises that it sleeps 6 people, 2 of the sleeping accommodations are sofas (not really futons). If 2 guests are willing to sleep on sofas, then you could sleep 6 guests.”

“Such a fun experience! You can actually fish right off the back deck….which we did with the grandchildren for hours! The only two suggestions I can make are….bring extension cords for the fans, and kitchen items if you prepare big meals. This didn’t have an effect on our stay. My daughter rented a house nearby and we tapped into her amenities.”
