“This was a great place to stay for my family of three. It’s a quick drive to Stone Harbor beach, and the beach passes included at the house were an added convenience. The space was very clean and well put together. We also really enjoyed the outdoor area and pool. Would definitely stay again!”

“Being right on the ocean was amazing and having the water come right up under the bungalow during high tide was perfection. We did go during horseshoe crab spawning season which was a shock to see 1,000s of horseshoe crabs on shore! Watching the a sunset/sunrise while also listening to the ocean waves was so beautiful and relaxing. The rental was clean and met all of our needs. “I liked the forested atmosphere and the well decorated interior. There was plenty of space and accommodations that made our stay better. Only issue we had are the slightly dirty floors and the power outage that took out the power for half of the house. Other than that, it was great.”

“I have stayed in many rental houses throughout the years, and this was by far the best experience I have had. The entire place was pristine and well appointed. Pool, fire pit, board games, everything you could want in a place was there. No detail was overlooked. The appliances were high end and anything you could want was provided. Glenn was very responsive and worked with us when we wanted to extend our stay. I will 100% return and have already recommended it to my family.”

“The hosts were wonderful, however the property was not. Kitchen accessories were greasy, not washed properly, disorganized, and not fully equipped. The heat in main area( kitchen/ family room) didn't work, 64 degrees. We had to use the oven to heat area, however it heated up bedrooms too much! Carpets were disgustingly dirty. Pillows and lack of blankets were not acceptable. The internet kept having to be rebooted. Lights out through out ”

“The accommodations were just ok. The house is definitely dated, which I expected. The pictures of the outside seemed as if the house was tucked back but in reality, it is not. Just some of the issues were very hard and uncomfortable beds, no hand towels and only one wash cloth in the bathrooms, no towel racks in the master bathroom, very poor water pressure, no paper towels anywhere. Although the main areas were clean, there is some deep cleaning that needs to be done such as under the sofa....

“Stay was great, weather turned out better than forecast. There are a lot of steps which was fine for my family, we anted to be the top floor, but would consider renting the first floor next year for my parents and ease of loading and unloading. Overall great house and location. The twin bunk room had some of the best mattresses in any rental I’ve used.”

“We loved that the house was steps to the boardwalk and beach. So convenient. Everything you need is stocked in the kitchen. Patio was on the street to people watch and see what's going on. We had a good time during our stay.”

“My family had a wonderful 5th annual OCNJ beach vacation here! The property had enough space for our 6 adulrs and 5 children and although not as close to the beach and boardwalk as we normally stay, the included VIP parking pass made that a non issue. There was a parking concern upon arrival that was responded to immediately and resolved timely. Jody is an extremely responsive host who made sure we were taken care of. Recommend!”
