“There are two buildings, a mansion at 393 State and a free-standing "annex" at 399. The beautifully appointed living room and the modern kitchen/breakfast room are in the mansion. My room was in the annex, a few steps away. It was large and luxurious, with a comfy queen bed, seating area, bathroom with a tub, even an anteroom leading to the bathroom. “The inn has a fascinating history and is very elegant indeed! The breakfast was very tasty. While very convenient to downtown and lots of shopping and dining options, the street can be quite noisy with lots of light which can make sleeping -- depending on the location of one's room -- a bit challenging. ”

“Such a quaint bed and breakfast. Of course it’s old house, but very clean. Breakfast was delicious and staff is very friendly and accommodating. ”

“It was a cool historical building that was very nice inside. We had the down stairs room it was spacious but the carpet did smell a little old and musty. I would stay there again in a differ room with no carpet in it.”
