“Great little insanely clean,comfy apartment. Directions to find it really easy and correct. The house and huge lot are not sending out inviting vibes, but the apartment itself is so sweet and charming. And did I mention clean? Very pet friendly but yard not fenced, so keep a dog on a lead. We would stay again. Thank you Sarah and Dean and we again apologize for our bugging you. Trish, Sheila, and Murphy”

“My wife, son and I loved staying in this place, it really is a full kitchen and an amazing space that is very organized. The house is next to a park, so we enjoyed it with our son, the neighborhood is quiet and friendly, when we needed it, the host was attentive and helpful.Our trip was amazing, the place is also comfortable as the bed, the 1.5 bathrooms and a living room with an electric fireplace give the place a cozy feel.”

“Horrific 'apartment'. The carpet is filled with stains when you walk in. The surfaces were all dirty with grime and seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in months. There were stains on the pillow inside the cover (some of those stains were orange/yellow....eugghh). That's why for the ENTIRETY of my stay (I left 2 days early because I couldn't stand the place), I slept on the couch because the bed was so unclean with old stains etc. Even the couch was unclean with the arm rests carrying stains...

“A very enjoyable stay in the heart of Kitchener. Parking is not included but the municipal parking directly outside the window was helpful. So quiet despite being right downtown. The heat pump is genius, and we appreciated the AC so much when it was in the 30's over the weekend. Comfortable bed, and everything worked as posted. Thanks!”
