“This property was a huge disappointment and not as described. We were placed in a basement unit despite booking what was advertised as a “premier house.” It’s not suitable for six guests. we were only five and still found it inadequate. Basic essentials were lacking: just two rolls of toilet paper for six days (the host was arguing with us that there was more even though we have picture proof there was two), towels smelled of mildew, and not enough sheets for the beds we requested. “Careful! The description of the accommodation says about a kitchen with utensils and a microwave, there is none of these in this accommodation. This accommodation consists only of a bed and a bath in a basement. When I asked the owner to use even a kettle to make a hot tea, she didn't want to offer anything at all; she is not kind or helpful person towards the guest. The place never quite heats up properly, it is cold and dark.”
