The host was very accommodating, however, the glitches in making the reservation was something I had not experienced in all of the years I have been using VRBO. I have no idea how I came to be using two different threads of communication when I only used the app on my IPAD. This created a measure of anxiety that I hope to not experience again. Though the impending winter storm also played a factor. Regarding the accommodations, it was an attractive space. With just a couple of suggestions: the floor lamp in the living room did not work. We thought it was because it was not plugged in, but when plugged in, it still did not work. Which is fine. It was late and sleep was most important. I realized that the thermostat was set at 65, which is good, unless you’re in the middle of a winter storm, and the bedroom was very cold. We used all of the blankets, as well as my winter coat for heat. One other suggestion is to provide a waste can in the bedroom, and Kleenex tissue in the bathroom. Bottom-line: I would reserve it again, but in warmer weather. The location to the wedding venue was perfect, as well as entry onto and off of the highway. And I very much appreciated the assistance of the host. Each of the rooms were very clean, and there was sufficient towels for the three of us. We just needed a place to lay our heads, so as to avoid the drive on storm impacted roads.

This property was so great! Not only was it in an awesome location with great access to parking. It was also such a good surprise on the size! From images it looks quite small, but in person there is a great amount of space with lovely high ceilings! I would totally recommend staying here! Great weekend trip!

Nice place in a great location!! Lots of things you can walk to or take the Hop Streetcar to!! Lakefront was our favorite for beautiful walks along Lake Michigan! They also have the Tandem Bikes for families to rent at lakefront along with other fun things! The hosts were very quick in responding when we had a question. Check in was very smooth! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Amazing condo in third ward!

This condo is gorgeous and in such a great area of Milwaukee! The bed is super comfortable and the view of downtown is beautiful. The parking spot is super convenient. I cannot wait to come back! I also love orange theory so it was great having it downstairs. Highly recommend this condo!!

The condo itself is beautiful and stylish. The bed was comfortable, and the check-in/check-out process totally seamless. Nice location decent apartment

The location of this unit is very nice and convenient to the Third Ward and Summerfest grounds. The apartment itself is cute and functional. The ceiling paint is peeling and you can definitely smell some water

Perfect location. Clean. Beautiful. Had everything we needed. Checkin a bit of issue but all worked out!! 2 single beds are cots more suited for children, not older adults. Parking huge bonus!

Perfect Historic 3rd Ward stay.

Great property in a great location. Property was clean. Pretty well maintained, and most important to us a great place to access downtown MKE. A 3 mile loop on the Riverwalk led to the lakefront with great views of the city on the shores of beautiful Lake Michigan. A short walk to the Milwaukee Market for dozens of lunch options and too many dinner options to begin to mention within a few blocks. If you're looking to enjoy what MKE has to offer, this is well worth the $$.

Not for light sleepers, but otherwise better than expected!

Not for light sleepers but otherwise better than expected! This unit very nice, modern and clean. Note: it is on the second floor right above an Orange Theory fitness gym. Their fitness classes start at 5 am during the week and 7 am on the weekends. We were woken up the first morning with blasting music at 5 am and an instructor’s microphone cheering the people on. We complained to Orange theory and to the host (who was very accommodating and contacted the building manager). Orange theory said they had a new instructor and would make a note to tell him to turn down the music. The next day was better because we spoke directly with the instructor for the 7 am class. Then, the following day the music was back up at 7 am on a Sunday. We contacted The host and they offered to switch us to a different unit on a higher floor which was perfect because we could hear it up there. We are admitted light sleepers. We didn’t see any other reviews that mentioned the fitness classes so we wanted to mention it because for us it was unacceptable. Otherwise, the place is great and as soon as we moved upstairs it far exceeded our expectations. These hosts clearly know what they are doing and the place shows that.
