The listing stated 8 beds and a futon. Upon arrival there were 5 beds and a futon. There were 3 cots that only 1 was actually complete.When I reached out to the landlord he was told me in the 2 years he owned the property no one had caught the posting difference. He did communicate well at times but the remediation efforts all fell short of what he offered.Because of this we had people sleeping on a sofa and cots that were not complete so under 5 feet longAdditionally the attached unit that was also the same landlord had loud kids that were blasting music and running around past 2am both weekend days and we debated needing to call the police

Place was fantastic! We ended up coming with less guys than planned but had we had our entire group the place would have easily accommodated us. Good location. Very clean. Easy check out, and great communication.

The space is nice and it was what we needed it to be. The main or only problem was that we checked in at 3:15pm when the earliest check in time was 3pm. We walked in to the whole place trashed, beds not changed from the previous stay, leftover food on the counter, towels on the bathroom floor, etc. We had to go through 3 different phone numbers to finally reach someone, which ended up being the cleaners. She did end up coming right away to switch bedding and empty garbages, although the cleaning wasn’t to the extent as it would’ve been if our group wasn’t already there. Besides that initial inconvenience, we ended up having so much fun for our bachelorette party there!

Great short stay in Milwaukee. The place was exactly what we needed, and the owner was extremely responsive, any questions or concerns were handled right away, which made our stay easy and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

Host was very helpful and had great communication! The house is perfect walking distance to many bars and restaurants. We had 9 people that all had a comfortable place to sleep. Instructions were very clear on checking in and out. Would definitely recommend!

Great place. Great communication. Great neighborhood. We had a couple questions upon arrival and they were answered quickly by the off site property manager. We would stay again. Excellent Italian deli a few blocks away. Great barber up the block. And pinball arcade nearby.

Great space, great location!

Our family of 8 stayed here for three nights to celebrate our dad’s 80th birthday. This was an excellent place for our group spanning ages 10-80. The pool/ping pong table was a great hit, as was the unique upstairs bathroom. Beds were comfortable, AC was solid, and the kitchen has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Definitely recommend!

Great location and space

This property was great, very roomy and had all of the amenities we needed. Only a couple blocks from coffee, shops, and bars and food. The pool table and ping-pong table were a plus.

Game room!

Our stay was great! Two families shared the home and it worked perfect, plenty of room for everyone and we loved the game room area.. easy access and online description fit just as it was described.. I recommend this place and would stay again!

Spacious, clean, responsive

The unit matched the description. It was clean upon arrival and all instructions were easy to follow. Location was great, nestled in the east side of Milwaukee, walking distance to Brady St and more. Host was very quick to respond to messages. Very little required upon check-out.
