Sleeping arrangements:
The apartment sleeps two in the comfy queen size bed, along with a full size air mattress for a potential 3rd guest. The living room couch could be slept on top of in order to accommodate a 4th guest, but please note it does not have a pull-out bed.

Parking:
- Reserved parking is not included in this listing. For reserved parking, we recommend the SpotHero app as a convenient solution
- Street parking is often available throughout the neighborhood: Mon-Fri is metered with 2-hour time limits from 8am-6pm, Saturday is free with 2-hour time limits from 8am-6pm, and Sunday is free with no time limits
- Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights including Saturday which isn`t enforced). Just call the city on the day you`d like to start parking and request a Temporary Night Parking Permit. They will collect some basic info and you should receive a remote confirmation in 5-10 minutes. - If street parking for 4+ nights, you can purchase a Night Parking Permit for $1-20 depending on duration

Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in

2. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others.
3. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses.
4. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces (150 USD fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply).
5. Quiet time after 10pm.
6. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
7. Rental agreement is required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, all bookings on Vrbo, Homeaway, Expedia, or related subsidiaries or affiliates, and otherwise at our sole discretion.
8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
9. Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property. Please contact us with any questions.
