Could not have asked for a better location !! The Windermere is a bit rustic, but well appointed and we loved it. Can’t wait to visit again !!! “We arrived at the cottage and there was a strange odour in the room. Then we noticed the furnishings were tattered and the cottage itself was poorly maintained. And though we paid we left after 10 minutes refusing to stay in this inferior cottage. We are now awaiting a refund.”
