My family celebrated an early Thanksgiving and a grandson's 7th birthday at this lovely lakeside home. There were 18 of us ranging in age from 18 months to 74 years old. The house is comfortable, clean, generously supplied, and spacious with plenty of activities, both inside and out. On a rainy day, we played games, talked, and read books. On days we could be outside, we walked, visited on the decks facing the beautiful lake, used the kayaks, and, after dark, enjoyed the fire pit. The host was prompt and gracious in giving information, answering questions, and welcoming us.

the entire house was nice and clean. had all the trimmings to make our annual family vacation memorable. games, kayaks, tvs in every room, kitchen gadgets, even the washcloths were nice and thick. the hosts were very responsive as well. we really enjoyed our stay!

Gorgeous Lake House for Girls' Trip

We were celebrating a friend's 40th birthday and wanted a nice house where we could enjoy a relaxing weekend together in a beautiful location. This house was excellent and my only complaint was that we were only there for a weekend and not a full week! There were so many amenities we didn't get to use because we ran out of time, that's how wonderful this house was. The hosts were very informative and responsive, and provided very clear communications and instructions for the house. We had everything we needed and so much more! We made use of the hot tub, the kayaks, the dock, the karaoke machine, the fire pit, and the beautiful kitchen. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. It was the perfect place to celebrate our friend and relax for the weekend. We'd book this place again in a heartbeat!

Amazing Location and Property!

We rented this house for a ministry leadership retreat and everyone loved it. Two of our leaders had a baby with them and the house was fully equipped with a pack and play, high chair and even a baby monitor. Wonderful, high quality place!

Can't recommend enough!

This property was amazing. The host was incredibly responsive and informative, house was clean and beautiful, and there were plenty of cooking supplies. We absolutely loved the location and access to the hot tub, fire pit and kayaks. Perfect for my book club's weekend retreat - we will likely be back for another weekend soon!

A Lovely Getaway Spot at Lake Anna

Our weekend stay at this brand-new house on Lake Anna was fantastic. The check-in process was straightforward, and the listing’s description was spot-on. We found the house immaculately clean upon arrival, and the property managers were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location is unbeatable, giving us peaceful lake views while still being somewhat close to conveniences. The house itself is beautifully furnished with new, high-quality appliances, towels, and linens that added a touch of luxury to our getaway. The hot tub was a big hit with everyone. Plus, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, so even the extra cooking gear we brought wasn’t necessary. We also loved the fire pit, which came ready with high-quality wood and kindling. The kayaks were a lovely way to top off our weekend getaway on the lake. While our experience was mostly positive, there were a few minor issues. The water temperature can get pretty hot, so scald guards might be a good addition. Access to the lake was a bit muddy, so a safer pathway to the pier would be a nice upgrade. Also, the pool table was missing chalk, and we felt that some curtains on the middle-floor windows would help with blocking out the early morning light. Some wall sockets were also not working as expected. Despite these small issues, our group had a wonderful time. The property’s thoughtful details made for a memorable weekend, and we all agreed we would stay here again. Five stars!
