“Located in the downtown area of a small town in western MN, Canby Inn & Suites is a gem. We stayed here for 3 nights as our home base during a birding weekend. Every staff member greeted us warmly and offered to do whatever they could to make our stay comfortable. When we advised that we would be heading out at 5:30 am one of the mornings of our stay, they had freshly brewed coffee ready for us to take along. “Older motel: tiny bathroom, cover missing on baseboard heater in the bathroom, lights pretty dim but decent beds, fluffy towels and plenty of hot water, parking right outside the door. Excellent value, pleasant staff, that also runs a cat rescue - we met some very sweet kitties as we were checking out.”
