We didn’t get a welcome email/any check in information until we arrived at the house and realized we couldn’t get in, then called the rental management company who got us a code to get in fairly quickly. There also must be a some conflict between the private properties and the resort. When we asked for directions to the pool at the Caribou Hylands front lobby, they asked us where...
