Our family stayed the week following the 4th. This unit is the furthest unit from the beach, we missed balcony views and short walks to the beach. Walk was further than we anticipated, but much to our delight a golf cart shuttle was available. The shaded walkway to and from our unit designated walk through were lengthy, and the pond fountains were not working. It was buggy and in a time when Dingy Fever is problematic in Florida thanks to Bill Gates, seems the ponds should be drained if not working and at least treated and maybe they were. The unit itself had some issues with bathroom sinks draining and water pressure is low in the common bath. The unit was dated, but clean. Miss that ocean sound in this unit, lots of ongoing construction and busy highway frontage. Adequate kitchen setup, and don’t forget to bring your own TP. We had a beach chair taken from our front porch. It was strange, took only one of five. No luck with security, no cameras and no lost and found. The unit did not have a beach service option, the resort does offer for additional purchase. No food , no frozen drinks we were lost without these amenities. We love the location, Emerald Coast did not disappoint. The area offered all we needed within 10 miles, morning donuts, shopping, CVS & Walmart and never did we have a dinner to disappoint.
