“Would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone. Winter or summer it is superb. Being winter, it was so lovely that the house was warm when we arrived thanks to the double glazing. The heating is amazing and having access to the garage was such a bonus. Very well appointed, loved the master suite. It was immaculately clean, fantastic location, walking distance to the beach awesome cafe near by overall a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back.”

“Bills Place was a great place to stay. Set amongst the trees, with big windows to enjoy the outlook, very quiet street with an easy walk along adjoining nature reserves to shops, cafes etc.The beds and couches were very comfortable.It has a well equipped kitchen for cooking your own meals.A great place to access walking trails and other activities in the area.”

“Loved this house. Perfect for 2 families of four with spacious seperate living areas. Having the pool, deck and lovely outdoor area and pool table was perfect. Clean and well stocked and great quality appliances etc. would definitely recommend and stay again.”

“We stayed over a wet weekend and found it to be a cosy place to be as a family.The tasteful decoration and quality products (amazing mattress!) made it very comfortable.We had an issue with some minor flooding due to so much rain but the property manager were very responsive and helped us with extra towels. These things happen!Would highly recommend this for a cosy getaway close to the beaches and Torquay.”

“This place was perfect for our family! Enough space for all of us and felt like home. It felt new and modern and very clean inside. The only thing I would mention however we didn’t need to use was the outdoor space. If we were to use it it would have been nice to see that area cleaned too as it would have been quite dirty to walk on bare foot (kitchen upstairs leads out to alfresco dining). However would definitely consider booking again when in Torquay next ”

It really felt like absolutely everything had been thought of to make our sure that our stay was as comfortable as it possibly could be. It was a really home away from home & a hop, step & a jump to the stunning coastline in Aireys. ”
