“This property is by far the best we have stayed in traveling the north side for 3 week with a family of 4. Its location is perfect nice and quiet. It’s not in the smelly part of Rotorua . We have slept in many beds and we have found the beds at under the walnut feel like home. The outside is deceiving doesn’t look like much. But the inside has everything you need as if you were at home. I’d definitely stay there again. ”

“The view here is beautiful, especially at night. The host is helpful and patient. Easy check in and out. Tips for guest is print or screenshot the check in instructions in case the reception to internet away from town is not that great. Enjoy the stay and less worry. The bath room/shower, if can include a shelf for shampoo and soap will help . “This was a brilliant little place for our group of 4 children and 2 adult MTB'ers. Heaps of space in the garage to store bikes, great outdoor grass and deck space for chilling. The house itself has been really well redecorated, and has everything you'll generally need. Absolutely recommend!”
