“We may be more particular than most people. In our room (402), the door to the balcony needs repaired as is hard to open & the shower nozzle needs replaced. Cleaning of the room was just okay/not excellent. Pool area was beautiful & Doc’s was a nice amenity. We were particularly disappointed in the Summit Restaurant, which has excellent service but the food quality was lacking. Everything was heavily over-peppered. “All the things was communicated with the host . The hot tub at first didn't work and second night it was able to be used. And the whole stay the hot water was not working throughout the house and the water pressure was poor . The place it's self is beautiful. ”
