“Extremely disappointed by the overall experience here. First, the bathroom in the main lobby had poop all over the women’s toilet. Absolutely disgusting to see. Then the rooms were ridiculously loud above and around us. I had to ask for help to quiet the guests around 8 times and NOTHING came from it.
