The Dolphin Lodge area where the refurbished Beach View rooms are located is part of our original structure. We have addressed your concerns regarding the fridge and flooded floor in the accessible room with our maintenance team. I am sorry to hear this was not addressed during your stay. We currently have 1 of our BBQ areas offline for replacement during our low season. Eliminating litter on resort is of high priority to us as is minimising our environmental footprint. It comes equipped with a bathroom which is shared with one other room. We do have a variety of other room types available which do have private bathrooms. We are more than happy to discuss these options with you in the future.The educational Monkey Mia Dolphin Experience is run by the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (DBCA) this is an experience with wild dolphins which means there is an element of unpredictability.Though I can not change the experience you have had, I do hope you will consider staying with us or at one of our other Parks & Resorts in the future.
