“Hotel itself is tired and quite run down, needs a large scale renovation. Room was clean but as with wider hotel is very dated. Hotel breakfast was poor. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Easy and free parking was a good benefit. Easy to access location wise. ”

“Muy lindo hotel en la carretera muy cerca de Bath. Hay habitaciones en el edificio antiguo y al fondo de la propiedad hay más habitaciones en una construcción nueva. El restaurant es muy bueno con un desayuno incluido también excelente. Las habitaciones nuevas están al lado de la línea del tren por lo que se escucha pero no alcanza a ser molesto. ”

“Staying here was an absolute delight. Great location 5 min walk to bus stop and supermarket. Beautiful apartment with excellent kitchen, washer dryer (all in one), upstairs toilet and ensuites for both bedrooms downstairs. Comfortable, modern, clean. There were even extra touches with a lovely Xmas tree and decorations in the apartment. Great place to stay for families extra bed available for upstairs lounge room as well. Highly recommend this property! ”

“Staff very friendly and welcoming, always greeting you when you entered. Facilities are great especially for self-catering. Bathrooms clean. Rooms a little dated. Bunk beds very sturdy-not rickety or squeaky. Only negative I can think of is the bed sheets are too small for the beds so they come untucked very easily meaning I woke up often sleeping on the mattress instead of the sheet. Overall a great property, great location, good for parking too. Very hilly if you are walking though!”

“We didn’t need to spend much time in the hotel but I got a bad feeling before arriving because I wanted to check about parking there early. Nobody answered the phone after 7 separate attempts and I had to contact Expedia. Nobody on reception most times we passed by. A note said about staff shortages and to ring a bell. The room was clean but nothing worked. We could barely pick up the WiFi and our room was above reception. The fridge was warmer than the room and the TV just had random channels...
