“Incredibly sweet host. So caring and you can tell she genuinely loves having guests. Such a delicious breakfast each morning and excellent communication. House was immaculate and in prime location for attractions like the famous Bellvale creamery, Warwick drive in, and adorable fall activities which were recommended by our host. 10/10 experience and looking forward to returning:)”

“The property is very clean and very nice. It is close to EVERYTHING. The only thing we had an issue with was the street noise.”

“Conveniently located and clean with an easy parking lot. The place was fine, but a pretty big disparity between the listing, professional feeling web interface, huge deposit and real life. Ultimately, it was ‘fine’ - comfortable and served the purpose for our trip. The coffee bar (Keurig with plenty of pods) and coffee pot was nice to have, but there was ONE coffee mug, two disposable cups, and one travel mug that seems to have been left behind. This was so odd since coffee bar is literally...

“Great location in the heart of Warwick, NY. Easy to walk around town and visit the local restaurants!”

“Joe was always available to communicate with throughout the rental process/period. Clean and comfortable space.”

“Amazing place - we will definitely be back .”

“Rooms where clean parking is on a hill that is the only downfall that I saw.”

“Visiting West Point for ring weekend. Location was great and the reason we chose the place. Property itself could really use some TLC, but it met our needs. Communication with the owner was good and gaining access to the property was straightforward. Would consider staying here again just based on the close proximity to West Point.”

“The whole experience was amazing. Very clear description and clear instructions from start to finish. The owner was available when we had questions and it was close to all that we needed/wanted to go to. Bravo and would definitely stay there again!”

“The owner was very easy to work with, and exceeded my expectations as to how attentive he was to our needs and communications. Thank you!”

“Clean and convenient near West Point golf course”

“Clean and modern with good amenities. Would stay here again. ”

“This property looks NOTHING like those very nice photos they show. It’s unkempt and actually dirty inside. The clerk was working behind bulletproof glass. The parking lot has numerous people hanging around. There are signs warning of human trafficking as you go in and also in the dingy lobby. The clerk actually told me that I didn’t have to stay there if I didn’t want to, because the ‘vibe’ of the place had changed since it changed ownership. I took his advice and left and now I’m trying...

“When we arrived at the property, there were people hanging out in front of the main entrance, smoking cigarettes, smoking, marijuana, leaving cigarette butts all over the ground. The checkout representative at the window was as helpful as she could be. We arrived at 6 PM on Friday. We were late for a rehearsal dinner for a wedding that we had been in town for so we dropped our stuff in rushed. Noticed the next morning there were a little bugs, crawling around the countertop and the top of the...

“This newish and sparkling clean apartment was perfect for our overnight trip for two to Montgomery to see a show at the City Winery Hudson Valley. But with its full kitchen, comfortable main bed, multiple sleeping options, spacious bath and central location it also would serve a family well for a longer stay. The communication with the host was efficient and helpful, making the process seamless. Montgomery is a cute village with a number of dining options within walking distance of the...
