“Unfortunately, due to a problem in the reservations system, our reservation appeared as cancelled and the hotel was fully booked. Hotel owners did everything possible to find a similar accomodation. They were a model of kindness and professionality and gave us an accomodation more expensive and they paid the difference of price. I regret we could not stay at the hotel, but, no doubt, this wil be our choice hotel if we return to Katoomba and we will recommend it to all our friends and colleagues.”

“What a great little find. Loved our short stay at Kyah Hotel in a stylish family room with bunk bed for the kids. The games/arcade was a big hit with all of us, as was the court and hot tub! Close to Blackheath and other Blue Mountains key sights it was a great hotel which we highly recommend. ”
