“Property was well managed and clean. Room size is good enough for two. Only issues are the one side of electric blanket was not working in minus 4 degrees temperature and the mattress were very soft. There is no one in the office to call and fix the electric blanket issue....luckily the air-conditioning heater was working.”

“Kyah Hotel is a Palm Springs (yes, I have been to PS more than once) inspired converted old motel with vegetable garden, a tennis court, desert styled plantation décor, with a hot tub (soon to be 2 hot tubs), and chicken coup. Located in the Blue Mountains, NSW, it is clear that investment was made to convert old style motel in the area into an oasis-like resort. “The property was well worn, however clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower and kitchen good. There are three hotels, Heritage, Central and Metropolis that are linked, which we didn't realise until after check in. The Central is behind the Heritage, and breakfast is at the Metropole if you want to purchase it. Location is excellent and we would stay there again.”
