“ asked for a pillow and they never brought it; there was no internet or signal, and it didn't look clean. The soap was tiny, and there was no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. The place is nice—but only the ground floor/reception area; the coffee area was the best part. The staff was unfriendly.”

“I took a 10 minute shower. The rest of the evening we had no hot water so my husband showered in cold water. Bed And pillows were super hard. Would not recommend.”
