“The staff was just rude! Our refrigerator was hot and the staff did not believe us. We asked them to come and check for themselves. They acted as if we were too much trouble. We were not allowed to use their ice machine to fill our cooler. The manager was called and he was not any better. They said all they could do was take a frig from another room because they were completely booked. It was a tiny dorm frig without a freezer. For less than $100, they could keep an extra one on hand. “ asked for a pillow and they never brought it; there was no internet or signal, and it didn't look clean. The soap was tiny, and there was no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. The place is nice—but only the ground floor/reception area; the coffee area was the best part. The staff was unfriendly.”
