“ I traveled from NY and was pleasantly surprised because on exterior it did not look like much. But it had all you need for a comfortable stay - heating, air conditioning (yes, utilized both, as the weather swung from spring to summer from day to day). Most importantly: clean and comfortable bed, hot water, and the WiFi is faster than anyone could ever utilize (I work in IT, so that was extra satisfying)I. “The property was clean well cared, there's a full kitchen available on site, and 3 bedrooms each with their own key. The price made a good option on budget as I wasn't going to be doing much in Manhattan so just really needed a place for spending the night till my next flight. An uber from the airport was $13 which was nice. From the property, I was able to get to Manhattan and back in about 50 mins by taking the bus 107 which was about 8 blocks away and a few dollars, so it was very convenient....

“This is an especially nice grownup hostel/guesthouse, some shared bathrooms, big well-equipped kitchen & common work/relaxation spaces. Neighborhood is great. During the bad June heat wave the bedroom AC was quiet and effective (unusual combo). No staff onsite or callable, which can be frustrating: I made one mistake on my reservation dates, called immediately to try to correct it, got no response, and was eventually told that because I had declined to pay for the refundable option, they would...
