“This place is a gem, so well appointed and comfortable while artistic and classy. GREAT location, walking to many delicious restaurants and coffee as well as in Waynesboro, a very nice Virginia town. The place was immaculate and had all the tools we needed to cook and stay multiple days. I will definitely be booking this place again if it’s available next time I come to Augusta county. “The loft apartment was super cool, and we loved all the extra effort the host made to make it a fun place to visit. Everything inside worked perfectly, including the sauna and the record player. We visited from Liverpool, England, and it was so fun to put on the Beatles on vinyl! The location makes all of historic Staunton walkable, and there are many of useful stores, and many cute stores, and plenty of good options to eat out right there. “This lovely property is in an idyllic setting on a quiet country lane, across from a creek. We were delighted with the lodgings, and the amenities were outstanding. We had two little girls with us, who loved the flowers growing in the yard, and creek. It seemed as if all the furnishings were new, or nearly new, and the only negatives that I might mention, were that our bed was ultra firm ( a little too firm for me) . “Not wanting a stuffy hotel we opted for an apartment type rental. Full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Having a couch to feel at home to watch TV made our stay homey. Absolutely loved the decor with a theme throughout the place. I love the charm of the old homes and this one didn’t disappoint. If I get back to Staunton I will definitely stay here! ”
