“Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. ”

“Staff were helpful and courteous. Room was awful. We booked premium room, but the room was terrible. It did not look similar to the picture that was advertised. The 3rd floor carpeting in the corridor was stained with pet urine and smelled awful. The elevator was tight and looked like it needed maintaining. We found pet excrement in carpeting. The room smelled smoke in a non smoking room and smells pet urine. The curtains were black in color where the original color was...

“冷えたココナッツジュースのウェルカムドリンクをいただきました。また、アーリーチェックインに対応してくれました。部屋は3階でしたがスーツケースを運んでくれました。ルームキーが電子キーの為、鍵を持ち歩かなくて良い。部屋には水が2本、ポット、インスタントコーヒー有り。冷蔵庫、TV、エアコン、ホットシャワー有り。Wi-Fiは部屋でバッチリです。ドライヤーはフロントで貸してくれます。残念な点はシャワールームに小さなアリが沢山いることです。うっかりするとベッドのシーツにもやって来ます。場所は海沿いの通りに面している為、外出に便利です。”
