“It was the sweetest Place ever. It was compact yet cute and efficient. Great shower and plenty of hot water. It was easy to check in and clean. There were all the amenities that we needed. The owner was very nice and even started a fire in the cute fire pit. We enjoyed the scenery and the pretty lake setting. Than-you for a pleasant experience in Mass. I”

“La habitación estaba muy limpia, con un balcón con sillas para el lado del Río,”

“Very nice, clean, small, basic room with all the necessities.”

“Melissa and Owen were very helpful. And a shout out to the cleaning staff, I left behind an item in my room and the staff brought it to the front desk. I have left items in other (non-Quality Inn) hotel rooms and the items disappeared, so I truly appreciate everyone's kindness and honesty. Thank you!”

“Big rooms with easy access. Very quiet at night.”

“Volvería a hospedarme”

“The room was pleasant. The bed was very comfortable. But, the chair in my room was broken, and I wasn’t told about the lounge. The host was welcoming and made breakfast to order. She was hard to find, though. Everything was a little haphazard, but homey.”

“The room was fairly clean, but the wallpaper is peeling away from the wall. The towel hanging on the towel rod had dark gray streaks like it had already been used.”

“We got there and had to call the number, no one was at the desk. They called me back and said they notified Expedia they canceled all reservations, I did not receive any communication from Expedia. Do NOT book this hotel, it should not be on Expedia listing. I went to Tanglewood to see Carrie Underwood there was no other place that was in Expedia listings that were reasonable price. I drove home after the concert. A long night.”
