“Exceptional location. A lot of daily traffic from 6am to 11pm. Kitchen has most everything you need. Carport parking was beneficial. Lots of stairs from carport to house and inside house from living area to bedrooms. No patio on balcony of your own to sit and enjoy ocean views. Property manager is friendly and incredibly responsive.”

“My husband and I rented this apartment for seven weeks during the months of January, February and March. This was an exciting place to stay because of the easy walking access to the Monterey Aquarium, Cannery Row, and Fisherman’s Wharf. Also, a very nice grocery story a block away. GREAT LOCATION! “Wonderful home, well appointed, great location near restaurants and markets, responsive management. The only shortcomings were a small kitchen, no dishwasher, ice maker is not hooked up for auto-making, washing machine was accessed by the carport and shared with 2 other tenants. Overall, we loved it and would definitely stay here again!”
