“Great house, a short walk to LaFortuna town center with all the amenities you would need -- Groceries, restaurants and souvenirs. House worked well for our family of 7. Kitchen stocked with decent pots, dishes and cooking utensils. Pool provides a nice break after a day of touring. Property pictures accurately represent house. Listing states no a/c in living area. “What an incredible stay for my family and I in La Fortuna. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the AC's in the room were cold. The house host was very kind and available for anything we needed. The pool area was clean and we spent every night lounging around enjoying the sounds of nature. “Absolutely beautiful property. Close enough to the small take of El Tanque to walk over to the grocery/fruit/meat markets, but large enough and secluded enough to feel like you're truly in the jungle. Staff was always ready to help, especially the gardener who was very friendly. Highly recommend you take him up on his small "tour" of the property (some small amount of Spanish fluency will be helpful here). Saw tons of birds, lizards, etc on the property. Pool and hot tub were delightful...
