Incredible space for large group in old port area of Montreal
This place is really perfect for a large group. It is right smack dab in the middle of the walking district in the old port area of Montreal. Tons of shops, restaurants, cafes, pastries, ice cream, bars, clubs, speakeasies etc. you name it and you are a couple blocks walk away. Alaa was very nice and showed us around and gave us some good restaurant tips. The place was spotless and well l equipped. You are in a busy area so there is a bit of noise from the street on weekend nights but none of us found it a problem at all. If you are looking for a really beautiful and nice place in the middle of a great area, this is the spot!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful VRBO property in Old Montreal, and it surpassed all our expectations. Firstly, the location was unbeatable. Situated in the heart of Old Montreal, the property provided unparalleled access to the city's most charming streets, bustling markets, and historical sites. Whether we wanted to dine out, explore the city's rich culture, or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll along the cobbled streets, everything was just a stone's throw away. The real highlight, though, was the property's ability to comfortably accommodate our family of 16. Finding a place that can fit such a large group without feeling cramped is no small feat, and this property managed it with ease. The bedrooms were cozy and well-appointed, ensuring a good night's sleep for all. The living spaces, including the kitchen and lounge areas, were spacious and well-equipped, fostering family togetherness. The property blended historical charm with modern amenities, striking the perfect balance for a family looking for a comfortable yet authentic Montreal experience.

Perfect location!
We were visiting Montreal for the first time and luckily found this great home. The location was absolutely perfect- close to many restaurants, shops and historical sites and a short walk to the metro so we never needed to rent a car. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and the home itself had everything we needed. We cooked a couple meals in and it had plenty of cookware, etc. Everything was clean and had more than enough room for our party of seven. The building itself is so charming. It was a delightful place to stay.

Perfect Location
A group of 15 friends gathered. for a long weekend away. The house exceeded all expectations! Plenty of rooms! Plenty of space! Walking out the front door to Old Montreal is beautiful! I highly recommend the space!

Great Long Weekend Stay

Great Stay in the Best Location
This VRBO was huge and exactly as advertised. A ton of beds and a huge living room. The location could not have been better, in the heart of Old Montreal. Alaa was such a great host, he was quick to respond, flexible with the check in and check out processes, and was super helpful throughout the booking and stay!

Incredible time in Montreal!
Stayed with a group friends at Alaa’s property and we had an exceptional experience. Alaa was supportive and quick to respond whenever I reached out. The property is uniquely placed in the Heart of Old Montreal, which makes getting around a breeze. I can’t recommend this property enough!

Amazing Location
Thank you to Alaa for hosting a bachelor party at his home. The location of the house could not be beaten being right in the heart of Old Montreal with shops, restaurants, bars and everything else you need all within walking distance of the home. Walking out to a pedestrian only street made the house feel like one of a kind. The home itself held up well for 8 of us as we were all able to get our own beds. The living space was perfect for hosting as well. Would go back!

Great Location for a Bachelor Party
Alaa was extremally kind and super helpful whenever we needed anything. There were 11 of us and everyone had their own bed. The location couldn't be better. Lots happening in that portion of Old Montreal. Very central but very secluded having your own essentially house to the group. The building is 250 years old and very cool. The open space upstairs was very accommodating for the large group. Alaa was very responsive and very kind, overall a great stay!

Perfect location for BachelorParty
What a phenomenal time in Montreal. Alaa was a really great host and always communicated with you promptly if there was a issue. The place itself is so cool right in the middle of Old Montreal, perfect spot for a great time. Cant thank Alaa enough for a wonderful 4 days and would love to come back to stay soon.

Amazing location and host!
The location cannot be beat! Walking out the doors you feel like you are in Europe and you have access to a million restraurants and shops. We were a group of 10 co workers that were in Montreal for F1. The owner, Alaa, was super responsive to any inquiries we had ahead of time. He works in the shop downstairs and was able to let us into the rental a couple of times when we forgot our keys. The rental itself is exactly as pictured. Very comfortable beds and linens. Great air conditioning. And surprisingly quiet for being on a busy (pedestrian only) street! Will stay again!

Perfect Bachelorette House!
We stayed here with 13 girls and everything was amazing! House was huge and I loved that the bedrooms were on one floor and the open space /kitchen everything was on the top floor which was perfect. The host was so kind and so responsive. The location was so cute and shops/bars and cute coffee shops right outside the door !

Incredible Large Group Accomodations
This place was absolutely perfect for a small army of guys storming the shores of Old Town Montréal. Centrally located to all kinds of great spots, spacious yet cozy, and all run by a hyper-responsive host who went out of their way to make sure we were comfy. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Memory for a Lifetime
From checking in to checking out Maison des Patriotes provided our bachelor party group an incredible stay and experience. Our host Alaa was very welcoming and made the entire group feel at home. Great residence and location to see the best of Montreal.

Wonderful location for exploring Old Montreal
My group of 8 stayed here Oct 2022 for 4 nights. There was plenty of bedrooms and the beds were comfortable, however there are only 3 toilets in the house, making it a bit of a challenge in the morning as we all tried to get ready for our morning meetings, which we held upstairs in the main seating area. Host was welcoming and responsive, which was very much appreciated.

Incredible location
Incredible location! This place is accommodating for a huge group! We had all of our college girlfriends reunion here and each of us had our own bed! Our favorite part was being able to walk to restaurants and bars and coffee shops within feet of this flat. We also took a walking tour and hiked up to Mount Royale for great views! The owner was always available, if needed. I even asked for a late check out because my flight was later. Thank you and cannot wait to come back to Montreal!

Wonderful stay!
Had a group of 14 of us for a long weekend. The house was perfectly equipped for our group and we were so grateful for the common space and multiple bedding options. Host was kind and responsive, and location is convenient and lively. Definitely recommend!

Amazing Location, Better Host!
To start, Alaa is an amazing host. Great communication and was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. His property is perfect for large groups (there were 16 guys in mine). It was located right in Old Montreal and an awesome spot to hangout before heading out for the night. Plenty of restaurants and bars around as well. I would definitelty come back!

Great place and location for our group
We had a group of friends getting together in Montreal and this unique house was perfect for our weekend. It's in a great location in Old Montreal, very walkable, and the property has enough accommodations to make things easy for a large group. It was very comfortable and even with the weather being warmer we were able to be comfortable from the 2 A/C units as well as the standing floor fans in the bedrooms. Would definitely recommend staying in this unique piece of history.

Great Old Montreal Location
The rental was great, tons of bedrooms and space for our large group. Alaa was easily reachable and the location is perfect for exploring Old Montreal and the surrounding areas, it's right by a pretty waterfront section.

Amazing Place, Wonderful Service, and Great Location in Old Montreal
This was hands down one of the best VRBO experiences I have ever had. I stayed here with a group of 10 guys and there was plenty of room, and the house was perfect for hanging out before dinner and coming back for a few nightcaps after the club. The location is perfect - right on a pedestrians-only, cobblestone street in Old Montreal with tons of shops, restaurants, and bars. The owner, Alaa, runs a shop downstairs and is always available whenever you need him. He came to let in a friend when they got locked out and the rest of us were out. He even exchanged our USD into CAD for us at a rate that was even better than the banks. Alaa - thank you, you were a great host! I would highly recommend this place for those with a big group that are looking for a nice, well-run house in a great location.

Overall fantastic experience
Alaa was as great of a host as we could have asked for. The property accommodated 13 guests perfectly and was in emasculate condition. Check in was a breeze and the location could not have been better. We hope to come back soon!!

Great location and very good accommodation
The place is great and location even better. One AC unit on each of the twin floors, but plenty of fans so cool air can be circulated well. Bedrooms are great and comfortable, and the main common room are was perfect for our group.

Lovely place for a group gathering in Old Montreal
The apartment is a wonderful place for a group gathering in the heart of Old Montreal with many restaurants and cafes a stones throw away including easy access to the waterfront...The apartment is large and well stocked and the shampoos and conditioners in the bathrooms were a nice homey touch...Alaa is a wonderful host and is very close by if anything is needed. Our group were very comfortable and had a great time.

Great for groups!
Location is excellent. the house is right in the middle of Old Montreal, where lots of restaurants, bars, and shops are located. A few blocks away from the waterfront. The house is well set up for large groups. we held a dinner for 14 people in the house, and the kitchen and china was enough for everyone to be served and seated at the same time.

Boys weekend
We had a great experience at Alana’s spot, Madison dew Patriotes. We were 9 guys from out West coming to MTL for the weekend. The place worked perfectly. Alaa was there to meet us, set us up with everything we needed. The location was ideal for getting around the city, within 20 minute walk of everywhere we wanted to go (Schwartz’s, Bell Centre, bars galore). The beds were very comfortable and clean, we all had a bed and there were extra la left over. The place was clean and quiet. Overall a fantastic place to stay.

Very nice venue.
Exactly as the pictures show. The owner is always nearby and is extremely nice and available. Checkin process was a charm. Impressive building that is multiple times centenary with some original beams still exposed. With 3 bathrooms and more beds that we could count, this is an ideal place for a large group of family or friends.

Maison des Patriotes (5+ STARS) - HIGHLY RECOMMEND
It was an absolute pleasure being able to stay at Maison des Patriotes! Alaa, the property owner was so extremely easy to work/communicate with. He was so very kind to our group, willing to accommodate us in any way possible, and helped to make our experience in MTL one that we will never forget.
