The self-check-in process allows you to arrive anytime after your designated check-in time on your arrival day. Please inform me in advance if you plan to arrive later than the check-in window.
During your stay, I`ll be out of town and unavailable for in-person assistance. I prefer communication through the app; my phone number is reserved for emergencies. Rest assured, I have local contacts available to assist with any urgent issues.
You`ll receive straightforward check-in instructions a day before your arrival, ensuring a seamless start to your trip.

Located in a convenient area and offers easy access to public transportation with bus stops within walking distance. Major highways are also nearby, providing quick routes for driving around Montreal. Enjoy the convenience of local amenities, including shops and dining options, all within a short distance from the property.
- This location is brand new, you will be one of my first guests here. So if you have any feedback or feel something is missing that you need, please let me know in a message. I am always happy to hear feedback and maybe there is something more I can provide for future guests.
-If I am out of town but I always have someone committed to caring for my guests. The apartment`s housekeeper can tend to your needs. If you need anything, please contact me and I will let my housekeepers know to assist you. However, they may need some time to arrive.
- I have a set Check-in time window, please note check-in is still possible after the check-in window, but if you need to reach me, fast replies are not guaranteed very late at night. So for very late night arrivals be sure you have received the instructions and ask me any questions ahead of time.
- In very rare case, if we see any security flags associated with the reservation we hold the right to confirm your ID on check-in. This is very rare, and I will notify you immediately regarding any concerns that arise.
- This is an apartment in a building with other units. In order to avoid damages to the building. The property manager may need to access to the property to resolve emergencies (such as plumbing or severe power issues). They have the right to access the unit for these emergencies or mandatory civic inspections, etc. Again this is very rare and I always notify you in advance to the best of my abilities.
If the reservation is cancelled and qualifies for a refund according to the cancellation policy, a 3.5% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. First of all, I know you will enjoy your stay! Most guests are wonderful, and these guidelines simply help keep the apartment and community safe and comfortable for everyone.
🔇 Respect the Space & Neighbors This is a residential building. Parties, events, and excessive noise aren’t permitted. Please observe quiet hours and be mindful of neighbors all times of day.
👥 Registered Guests Only For safety and building rules, all visitors must be included in your reservation’s guest count. If you plan to have someone visit, please let me know in advance.
🚭 No Smoking Indoors Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building. Smoke outside only. Extra cleaning fees or eviction without refund apply if smoke is detected.
🐾 No Animals Animals aren’t permitted due to a serious health concern. Service animals are welcome—please inform me in advance if there is anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) must be declared to the host ahead of booking (appropriate documentation required for ESA).
🌙 Check-in & Late Night Arrivals Check-in and check-out times are listed on the listing page For same-day bookings, access instructions may take up to 1 hour to generate after your reservation is confirmed. You’re welcome to Check-in after midnight, but assistance may not be available. The host is not responsible for issues after midnight. Please share your ETA, review the check-in guide, and ask any questions in advance.
🚪 Check-Out Time Late check-out is generally not available due to cleaning schedules. Unscheduled late departures may incur additional housekeeping fees.
🧼 Care for the Apartment Please treat the space as you would your own. • Remove shoes at the door, avoid food and drinks in bedrooms. Dispose of trash properly. Do not stain fabrics or linens please.Keeps doors and windows closed and locked when leaving or on rainy,snowy, or very cold days.
🔐 Security & Access Please follow check-in instructions in your Guidebook carefully and keep doors and windows closed and locked when leaving. Lost keys or security items may require replacement fees.
🧻 Supplies for Longer Stays Basic consumables are provided to help you get settled during your first week. For longer stays, guests should restock items as needed.
🛠 Maintenance & Emergencies In rare cases, building management or the host may need access for urgent repairs or inspections. Guests will be notified whenever possible.
🅿️ Parking If using public or street parking, please follow all local signage and regulations. In Montreal, always double check the parking signs.
🐕🦺Special Note on Service Animals Misrepresentation of a Service Animal is a serious violation. In line with Airbnb Policy and local laws: Service animals must be house-trained, under control at all times, never left alone, and must not enter restricted areas. Any damage caused will be the guest’s full responsibility. Without exception, guests found abusing this policy will be responsible for a fine of up to $1,000, plus all extra cleaning costs, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund.
