“This is a half of a cute little house close to Main Street in Montrose. It has a private entrance. I think the other half might be a rental too because I never saw anyone else on the grounds.
The screened in front porch is a charming and unusual feature.
The house was absolutely spotless. I’m very picky and I couldn’t find anything that wasn’t sparkling!
They provided a white noise machine and a fan in the bedroom. I loved this because I always sleep with a fan at home.

“This was the best stay that I’ve had in several years! The owners were very kind and extremely helpful, especially given that I messed up the date of my reservation. The property was quiet, relaxing, and well stocked with everything that we needed. There’s nothing that I would suggest for improvements! I would absolutely stay here again anytime that I’m in the area!”

“Very nice property centrally located to area activities. House was very clean in a nice neighborhood, and we were provided with well defined instructions for the stay. Rhonda was extremely responsive when I shared concern for area wildfires. So glad I took her advice and continued with my stay because it was exactly as she explained. Really appreciated that conversation. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would recommend.”

“Overall, this was a nice property. The host was responsive and helpful. We felt like there should be a large area rug in the living room so you could sit on it, do yoga stretches, etc. The floors are tile and it would be nice to have some floor space, even for kids to lay on and watch TV. The rug in the living room was very small, not very cushy, and only big enough for the coffee table to sit on. Kitchen was stocked well and we appreciated having some ziploc baggies available.”

“The property had a magnificent Mountain View. The place itself was spotless right extremely clean. The place itself was very very clean. and it is very secluded for your own privacy. The owner of the property has done a magnificent job with the cottage and with all she does on her own property. If we return to that area, we will definitely be staying there again.”
