Inside, the home offers a warm and playful layout with plenty of room to spread out. The converted front office now serves as a cozy coffee lounge, complete with a Nespresso setup, TV, record player, and space to read or unwind. The main living room features spacious seating, a full-size mural, Roku Smart TV, and Pac-Man arcade with 10+ classic games. The kitchen is fully loaded with appliances, cookware, bar seating, a Keurig Duo coffee maker, and even a slushy machine for an extra fun touch.

The game garage gives kids, teens, and adults their own place to hang out, featuring a regulation-size ping pong table, pop-a-shot basketball game, custom cornhole boards, and open overflow space. Please note that the garage is not insulated, but it is designed as a casual game and recreation area.

Upstairs, the sleeping layout is ideal for families and groups. The primary suite includes a king bed, dedicated workspace, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. Bedroom 2 includes a king bed. Bedroom 3 includes a full/twin bunk bed. Bedroom 4 includes a full/twin bunk bed plus a queen bed, along with a projector, movie screen, kids corner, games, and plenty to keep everyone entertained. Bedrooms 2–4 share a hall bathroom, and there is also a half bath downstairs.

The outdoor space is one of the highlights of the home. The covered patio includes lounge seating, an outdoor TV, and a Blackstone grill. The private fenced backyard features a hot tub, custom fire pit with seating, 4-hole putting green, and plenty of space to relax after a tournament, workday, campus visit, or day exploring the Upstate.
