“This house is a typical French Polynesian house that has A/C in the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is outside of the main area with no bathroom, but has a shower in it.Both bathrooms are located in the main living area, which is workable but inconvenient for the second bedroom guests.Beautiful location with a view of the lagoon and ocean from the bedrooms, living area, and backyard/decks.The 4 kayaks were an added pleasure. “We stayed for a week in Tahiti at Teanaiva, which was well appointed and a wonderful property. Maire and Tekura went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The stay was a highlight of our vacation. On arrival at 6am we found out that they had been checking flights for arrival times since the previous day, they welcomed us at the gate, had homemade foods for us, and were always available for any questions and requests. “The location is peaceful and tucked away from the busier parts of the island, but still conveniently close to great local restaurants and small shops. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the natural beauty of Moorea.A few things to note for future guests: only the bedrooms are air-conditioned, which I had missed in the description. The communal areas like the living room can get quite hot during the day. Also, there were quite a few mosquitoes and geckos around—which is to be expected...

“The property was perfect. The host and entire team were amazing. They made us feel welcome and safe from start to finish. The privacy and views are wonderful. The 3 homes on the property were beautiful. One home has airconditioning. Swimming in the lagoon everyday was the highlight. “This villa is simply incredible! The photos of the listing don’t do it justice, you have to see it for yourself. Super clean and updated, it is a luxury villa. The pool and outdoor dining were great and the views of Mo’orea were amazing. The double gates give you an extra feel of security but that has never been a concern for us in Tahiti after at least 25 visits. It’s far enough from the crowds of PPT and Faaa but close enough to be convenient to everything. The only disappointment is...
