Caro. Sin frigorífico. Sin microondas. Sin tv.
Hotel grance, muchas cabañas, mal wifi,suciedad y telarañas en las sillas, en la tienda tienen un microondas para que te calientes las pizzas pero está ROTO y no te lo dicen hasta que has pagado y abierto la caja de la pizza. Muy caro, sin desayuno, sin nevera, sin microondas en la cabaña, sin tele. Pocas comodidades y mucho precio.

Very pleased with our stay!
Overall we were very pleased with the hotel. The rooms were spacious, the staff was very friendly, the food was excellent. Our only complaint is the lack of Wifi in the rooms. Please consider adding Wifi service in the future. For some of us, it is very important to be able to reach family if needed in case of an emergency. The Wifi in the lodge was very fast but it would be much better to have access in the cabins.

Great location very close to the South entrance of Yellowstone National Park. The rooms in the cabins are basic but ok. The main problem is that there's no wifi in the cabins, only at the main lodge.

Avoid!!
We checked into our King Deluxe cabin and noticed a stain and hair on the bedsheets. Clearly the sheets were NOT changed between stays. Since there was no other king cabin available, we were moved to a double queen and had to sleep in a smaller bed than we paid for. Not worth the price we paid, even after the discount we received from the lodge. One star.

I did not think the room reflected the price paid. $310/night. It was not upgraded at all. Showed much wear and tear. Was not particularly clean, especially the bathroom. No tv. While we did not anticipate spending time watching tv, it would have been nice to be able to catch news and weather, since internet was sporadic at best. I don’t think the information and pictures on Expedia accurately reflected the reality of the property. The staff was nice and the restaurant (only one around) was very good though.

The heat in our cabin didn’t work. We did not realize until middle of night. The only response from staff was to ask why we didn’t call them. Cabin appeared clean but did not smell clean. Restaurant was great. Felt like it was overpriced. First night we had a deluxe king cabin, second night cabin with two full/queen beds. We paid approx $150 more for 1 large bed, refrigerator and microwave.

Nice rustic cabins
My GPS took me to a different location 30 minutes away. I thought this was a lodge, but it is individual cabins. They are nice, but no TV or internet in the cabins. Coffee shop was great, restaurant was great. Location is convenient. Overall nice place to stay when exploring the national parks.

The cabin were huge with very comfortable beds & great pillows. They provided outdoor lectures in the evening. Very close to Yellowstone entrance as well being in the Tetons. The dinig lodge was very attractive but I must say the buffet eyes, French toast & potatoes were very dried out & not eatable. The main reason were the heating lights over the food. They need to have lids or foil wrap over the food. Order breakfast from the menu. Otherwise our stay was very good.

The amenities and condition of the room for the price is a lot but I understand you are paying for the location and the convenience. Rooms haven’t been updated since the 90s(?). The on-site restaurant was pretty good. Overall it was a lovely place to stay while exploring the National Parks.

The room stunk and was not overly clean. The hair dryer didn’t work either. When I called for help, I was on hold for 45 minutes and finally hung up. Since there are no outside lights, I didn’t feel safe walking to the front desk so I just gave up. There is no TV in the cabins.

Loved the quietness, woodsy views, private outside seating area with rocking chairs, trail around the property, gift shop, gas station and exceptional dining with great staff. The salmon was fresh and excellent- and we had it three nights in three different dishes! Yum! In the Tetons but only a few miles from the south Yellowstone entrance. We are seniors and getting our luggage etc. to the cabin from the parking lot in pouring rain was not fun. Fortunately once inside with a very comfy bed and nice pillows - we got over it! Pet friendly.

About $450 per night in a mostly dumpy rustic 4-plex cabin without a refrigerator, microwave, TV or WiFi service. A small Mr. Coffee was provided, but the coffee packs were tasteless. The room was clean though and the bed was comfortable. Overall, a ridiculous price to pay for the product delivered. We have found this to be the norm in all of the national parks we have visited in the past three or four years.

Staff was so kind and helpful! We loved our little cabin but the AC was not working. Luckily it was mid September and we could just open the windows. It’s a unique stay but still has what you need.

This was a quaint little cabin in between Yellowstone Park and The Grand Tetons, Christi at checking was wonderful shared lots of information. TV and internet would have been nice just to be able to plan your day with weather, ect would overall would recommend

The Headwaters Lodge & Cabins At Flagg Ranch was clean and comfortable and the room was very spacious. We stayed in a lodge for 2 nights and it was quite pleasant and extremely convenient to Grand Tetons National Park. The hot water was less than hot the first night but it seemed fine the second night. The restaurant was quite nice - the ambiance and food selection was good and tasty.

Overpriced and outdated! Super difficult to find cabins at night. Poor signage. Shower fixture is from the 80’s. Room had not been dusted in a while. Stuffy smelling. Room was not ready at 3:50 - check in was 4pm. Dinning room gets busy and staff seems overwhelmed. Food sub par and super over priced. Breakfast sandwich was $13. Definitely would not recommend for the price of $450 a night.

People be careful!
My husband and I made reservations. We arrived early and had to wait until Cabin was ready. We totally understood. We thought we would stay in the "little" lobby and go to the bar which we told was open. It was closed and plus the restaurant. When we arrived the girl behind desk was putting her head down on the desk, with closed eyes and acted like she did not want to be there. I then learned there was no TV's in cabins or rooms. We could of handled the no TV's, but then if you did not have an ATT cell phone you had no service or Wi Fi. It was very stinky in the building. The picture they use does not even look like it. The lobby with fireplace was probably 10 x 12 and had little places to sit. I asked if I could cancel our 1 night there and they said no. My husband I just left. Wasted over 200 dollars and we went on to Jackson Hole Village. Beware people... We have never left a reservation for an over night stay... but there was no way we were staying there.

Even though we really liked our room & the surrounding area as well as the restaurant, we were disappointed that we didn’t have a refrigerator & a microwave. We also would have liked to have had a television which we were t aware of. I found out from staff that that would have been an upgraded room. But we thought for $300 per night they should have been included

I am so sorry that you did not get what you expected. Unfortunately the rooms with refrigerators and microwaves are an upgraded room type. None of our rooms have TV's.

Enjoyed our stay at Flagg Ranch. The cabins look rustic on the outside but modern on the inside. The staff was very efficient and friendly and the restaurant was excellent with an inviting rustic atmosphere.
