  • LESS THAN 500 FT FROM OCEAN!! Steps to the beautiful Crystal Coast Beach. Open living and dining with updated solid surface countertops in kitchen and baths, tile and hardwood floors. Private enclosed outdoor shower for cleanup after your day at the beach! Beach access only 2 doors down. Enjoy the ocean views and breezes from large covered front deck, the living room and your master bedroom window. There is also a covered front porch with rocking chairs and an extended porch for sunbathing. Perfect for a peaceful relaxing family getaway. Plenty of room for boat parking in your own private parking lot. We do not have cable TV only Internet TV, if you are not familiar with how to use it then you will likely not have TV during your stay. We also do not provide sheets, this helps to keep the cost down on our cleaning fees we incur. This is not a five star place and neither are our prices. It is a nice clean house with a five star location to the beach where you and your family can enjoy a week together.
    Just bring your own linens (2 Queens and 2 Twins) sleeps 6.
    You must be 28 or older to rent this property. NO SMOKING PLEASE. In 2023 we now allow a small dog 20 pounds are less with a pet deposit.

Weekend away stay

Home was perfect for a one night getaway! Communication with host was great! We were able to check in early as well as checking out late. Home was well equipped and perfect distance to beach! Was a great stay for quick getaway weekend.

Great location

Only issue, master bedroom bed slept well, other two rooms, beds were uncomfortable but other than that....enjoyed our stay.

Beach getaway

We had wonderful time as always at the beach. The property was was amazing and couldn't ask for a better location and beach access. We will definitely be looking at this location for our next trip

Wonderful location! Hall bathroom shower did not drain so we could not use. Shower curtain in master could be changed out. Overall great stay and premium location!

Vent cover in hall ceiling needs to be replaced badly other than that the house was great.We had a great time and Kellie was so prompt on answering my messages and i really appreciated that as well.

Great place and location!

It is a nice and quiet neighborhood! A nice place and a good value for your money! Host Kellie is responsive to messages and wants you to enjoy your stay as well!Could use a new bed frame in the front bedroom it creaks loudly when crawling in and out.Rear bedroom queen mattress has hard ridges which are not comfortable to feel.That said...overall we had a nice stay!

Great location

The house is cute and cozy! We had so much fun walking down to the beach every day! I know it says it in the listing to bring linens — also bring bath towels, hand towels, and paper towels with you as those are not provided either. ac was quiet and works really well!

Fun getaway

The house was in a great location with easy beach access in a less congested area of Emerald Isle. The accommodations were comfortable and our host Kellie was welcoming and responsive to questions.

Emerald Isle getaway

Excellent location, plenty of space inside, and easy access to the beach. We appreciated the outdoor shower and the hose to rinse off. Neighborhood was quiet at night, and we would definitely stay again!

29 years coming to EI/Adult kids need room

Very much appreciated nightly rental opportunity. Great location. Beautiful place! Only complaints was WiFi was slow and not smart tv in bedroom. Also, plastic protector on mattress very loud to sleep on.

The property needs some attention in areas. Outside bottom handrail was not attached. Large hold in master bedroom wall. Bedding on master bed smelt sour because it had been left in the dryer and not completely dried.

Great Beach Stay!

Great location and just a stone’s throw away from the beach! I was down here on a job for just over a month and this place was a perfect fit, a very quiet and peaceful location. The owner promptly addressed any minor issues we had to ensure a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for a great location at a reasonable price, this is the place for you. Thanks again Kellie!

Perfect in every way

We spent about week here with 4 children and it was perfect! The rooms are big enough to send the kids away at the end of the day when you’re all exhausted (parents will understand how important that is 😂). Everything was exactly as described. Short walk to the beach. Beautiful porch to relax on. Very quiet neighborhood. Will definitely rent again.

Had the BEST time

The location alone is the best selling point of this property! I could not have asked for a better location. Beach access a few steps away. Quiet area, minimal traffic and the beach was very secluded. Perfect for letting our pup run on the beach! The house was just like the photos- had everything needed! Would 100% stay again!!

We had a wonderful time on Emerald Isle!!! My husband, cousins and their kids made great use of this home and the closeness to the beach. As any rental can go, we had a couple of hiccups but nothing that Kellie wasn’t able to help us with in a prompt amount of time. We would definitely come back to this beautiful beach home. Make sure you bring your own linens, we brought our own bedding too, and bring towels for beach, bath and kitchen. The kitchen is fully functional. We used the oven and stove top. We ended up handwashing dishes so I can’t speak on the dishwasher. For the negatives:The WiFi can’t handle too many devices at once, but truly we were too busy enjoying the beach and each others company to worry about internet.

Felt right at home.

It was "just right" as, Goldilocks would say. First impression was comfortable without worrying about walking on egg shells. Perfect views from the front deck, quick stroll to the beach which was not crowded. Felt very safe. Thank you for sharing. Will certainly be back for a longer stay.
