“Truly! It’s a quiet gem of a house. Off the 243 highway but very close to town. The outside was a bit more wild than we would have liked with 2 sightings of coyotes in the morning and early evening. Besides that, the house and amenities were great. Communication was great with the team when we couldn’t figure out the AC so overall a winner! ”

“Such a great location with a view and beautifully done cabin. The whole property is spotless and kept clean with a fence providing some felt security without obscuring the natural environment. Everything you need to enjoy a getaway with your pups. You are five minutes from town and have privacy from neighbors. The property manager was on top of communication and very accommodating. “The cabin is so cozy and had plenty of space. The host responded quickly & was very helpful. Very clean & comfortable cabin. The driveway felt pretty steep, parking next to another vehicle felt a bit tight & getting out in front of the hwy but this is common with driveways in the mountains. Really enjoyed the hot tub & fire pit outside, even had cute dog dishes to put water & my dog’s food in. Enjoyed a drive to Lake Gregory, nice path to walk my dog there. ”

“Perfect for the 2 of us and our pet Chihuahua. If you like lots of trees, birds, and squirrels with high bushy tails, this is the place to stay. Very close to downtown Idyllwild and also close to Taquitz Peak and Humber Park. Take a stroll on Ernie Maxwell Trail if you want an easy hike. We went halfway from the north end in one day and halfway from the south end on another day. We drank coffee from our Little Cabin coffee mugs every morning...nice gifts to take home!”
