“A large part of why we chose this property was for the hot tub. When I asked the first day how to turn it on, I was informed that it did not heat up. I asked them to see how it would be possible to heat up and they said they would get back to me. However, they did not get back to me, even after leaving a follow-up message. The upstairs guest bathroom faucets also did not have hot water. The guest bedroom downstairs had a broken window that would not close, making the room cold for our friends...

“I booked this home for a fun weekend with our family. The host was very unresponsive. I asked 3 times for over a week about heating the pool and a few other questions. The host never responded. The day before our arrival we still had no information regarding where the home was or how to access it. They finally sent the info late, the night before. “We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! The home is spacious and lovely! The five bedrooms fit our family of 13 perfectly. The views of the hills are beautiful and the pool was a great hit with the family. The patio was perfect for hanging out while food was cooking on the BBQ grill. There was plenty of parking and communication with the host, Ann, was easy. Ann, thank you for sharing this lovely home! This was a fantastic vacation for our family.”
