“Clean and tidy ”

“The rooms are very small and basic and in need of a lick of paint. The room was clean and the bedding crisp and white. Don't expect any amenities in your room, they are basic and in a communal area in the hall. But that is explained in the room described. The showers and toilets are also communal and along the hall and are nice and clean. We were fortunate enough be given free upgrade to the Delux Ensuite Queen room by the owner of the hotel. “Our room was very dirty. There was a brown puddle of pee and scum built up on floor and wall around the back of the toilet. The shower was filthy and there was a sticky spill on the kitchen floor. We immediately went to pak n save and bought cleaning products and completely cleaned the bathroom and kitchen. We will never stay here again.”

“This is the second time we stayed here. The first time was great. We booked the second time here because it stated it had a spa bath. So we booked a room with a spa bath. When we got there, the spa bath is not working. The manager just said, none of the spa baths are working. Why advertise you have spa baths if they are not working?
