“I've booked the last room over the Memorial Day Weekend when we've decided to leave the campground due to cold temperatures. It was the best decision and beautiful, welcoming and affordable place in the prime location. If I ever have a chance to return to Acadia it will be Anchorage Motel only. “Clean and recently updated motel. Perfect location to walk throughout Bar Harbor. Great complimentary breakfast which was appreciated. Included coffee/tea, juices, eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruit, breads, donuts, muffins. All fresh and available early. Chairs outside of room to relax as well as a heated, outdoor pool. Enjoyed the pool after a long day out. Lovely coffee shop across the street for specialty drinks. We would absolutely stay again”

“Its a small place but very friendly and accommodating to whatever you needed. Had a kitchen that supplied, pot, pans, silverware, glasses, dishes, dish towel and pot holder Also had microwave, refrig, coffee pot. Close to Acadia Park, and everything we wanted to see in that area. Across the street was miniature golf and across from that was a great BBQ place that we loved. Would definetely go back. Very friendly staff. ”
