  • Top floor condo on lake ouchita with spacious deck. Chairs, table, grills, and propane heater on deck. 2 bedrooms: master with king size bed and guest with 2 full size beds. Fully stocked kitchen. Dining table that seats 6, and bar with stools. Wood burning fireplace in living room. Games and movies in house.
    3 community pools, spa, restaurant and many hiking trails on the property.

It had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend with friends cozy beds, nice setup, and a great atmosphere. The location was convenient and quiet, making it the perfect comfort spot. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely fall stay

Enjoyed our stay here. Always love this area of Mount Harbor/Mount Ida. Especially loved the games and pickleball set!

Great place!

This place was great! It was very well stocked and had most anything we needed. The rooms were very comfortable and the back porch was absolutely amazing. I had a few questions for the hosts during our stay and they answered each one pretty quickly and were very helpful.

Gorgeous Condo!

Lovely, well stocked condo helped make our family gathering enjoyable. The condo is beautiful and the porch super cozy. Beds were very comfy. You won’t want to leave!

Great Place To Stay

We've enjoyed the condo and the property! Clean, well stocked and beautiful trees outside. Nice, nice, nice. Friendly hosts. Also, the marina, restaurant and grounds are great! Thanks so much, Nick and Hannah. We had a great stay.

Family time

I took the family to Arkansas for a quick family trip to dig for crystals in a nearby mine. We had a great time. The condo was clean and had everything we needed, including a crib for my 10 month old grandson. I would definitely stay again.

Very nice. Lots to see and do. There’s a pickle ball court just behind condo and host provided paddles and balls.

Great Communication With Owner

Unit owner worked with us to accommodate. Always responded within minutes. All went well. Appreciated the free streaming options. Unit was exactly as advertised. No surprises. Building was incredibly quiet.

Great place!!!

The condo was very clean, equipped with everything we needed. Outside deck was so nice and spider free compared to other places we have stayed. We would highly recommend this property.

Great stay!!

Such a cute and cozy place to stay. Highly reccomend it and the location is central to a lot of great hiking, the lake, and central to Mt. Ida and Hot Springs.
