“El hotel está muy tranquilo , lo malo que tuvimos que comprar papel de baño ya que en el hotel dijeron que no tenía papel de baño y no pasaban a revisar o hacer limpieza , no sé si nosotros teníamos que pedir para que limpiaran. “It's a very well-designed apartment with an excellent location and a great view. As for communication during check-in, it was quite stressful because there was no one in person to explain everything to us, and we're not very adept at the technology used to check in. I would recommend washing the kitchen utensils because they get dusty if they're not used very often. But overall, we really liked it, and on a next visit to Nashville, we might request your services again. Thank you for everything. ”

“The communicarion regarding our stay was excellent. No surprises. We heard from the staff before, during and after our stay. We had one minor problem (no wifi) and they had it fixed quickly.
