“We drove out from the west coast to celebrate graduation, a birthday and Mother’s Day. The house was very clean and well appointed. No clutter. “This was our end trip to this property-we were here in the fall and had a totally different, but equally wonderful trip! “What a peaceful place to visit. Wonderful views of the river, which was mere steps from the house. Had everything we needed for a quiet getaway Thanksgiving. “We stayed here for VT graduation and could not have picked a better place. The lodge is wonderful- clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The view outside is gorgeous and there is so much to do. Our kids loved playing frisbee and feeding the goats and donkeys. Our grad loved the Hokie decor, and the grandparents loved the beauty, peace, and quiet. We are already makign plans to come back.”
