“The house is very clean, modern and bright. The online photos are very accurate. We loved the views and really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. We cannot say enough about the property management support, Lisa and team are the best! The Currituck Club is a large golf community with beautiful properties that are well maintained. “Location is great, pool good for a dip, and overall layout and size of house is good. But we arrived to find the house quite dirty (needed better vacuuming, wipe down of kitchen cabinets, etc) and in disrepair with a broken screen door to the screened porch among other things. The passcode lock had a dead battery, and I needed to call for the key. The beds were made, but many were without flat sheets and one with bugs and hair on the fitted sheet under the comforter that was full of sand. Good...
