“This was a charming home with breathtaking views, especially the sunset. The interior was well appointed with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. I loved the little whimsical touches that Sara has throughout the house. She was so responsive to every communication. She makes you feel you are a special guest in her home. There are many restaurants nearby and Lighthouse Park is a short drive to the beach. I really felt I was on vacation although I live only 30 minutes away and...

“Completely remodeled home. All modern appliances and comfortable furnishings. Silent kitchen aide dishwasher. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathrooms were beautiful with great walk in shower in Master bedroom.
Short and narrow driveway with impacted visibility due to an evergreen tree. Alternatively parked in rear off alley.”

“Great place to stay when visiting for grandson’s graduation. A lot of thought was put into making the apartment cute and comfortable with many little extras. Allan was quick to respond to all correspondence from time of booking. Highly recommend.”

“This was a really unique property. A fun and different experience. Many of the mattresses/beds could stand to be replaced. They were really uncomfortable. The couch bed in the hobbit room is not much of a bed. When it lays flat, you cannot sleep anywhere in the middle of it. I would not plan it as a bed. The kitchen is huge and worked great for us. Bathroom are very different, but were clean. If you have tall people, watch out for the ceilings in some places. The view is incredible though.”

“Unfortunately, our experience did not match the expectations set by the listing. The property was advertised as having air conditioning, but upon arrival we discovered it only had a portable AC unit rather than central air. During one of the hottest periods in Seattle's history, the portable unit was not sufficient to keep the home comfortable. This distinction should have been clearly disclosed in the listing before booking. We were also sent an extensive list of house rules and restrictions...
