“Worst hotel Ever!! For 250 Usd you would expect a pretty decent hotel! This was far from it. Doesnt even have a restaurant!! The staff was very unwilling to help out on anything. I have never complained about hotels, but for the Price i paid and being a mercure which is not bad honestly i expected a lot more and our stay was super poor. Glad we only stayed one night”

“Fairly new hotel, room well appointed, good size, carpet was a bit dirty few stains I would thought would be cleaner, the buffet breakfast for the price was terrible, small selection, lot food just sitting there not topped up or getting cold, and for the price even have to pay extra if you want to have a coffee made. Gym and sauna was the highlight and parking easy and free ”

“Parking was cheap, safe and efficient. Allowed to leave car there while attending appointment at the hospital nearby All facilities needed for a stay if you had someone in nepean hospital Staff were pleasant and helpful”

“Nice and clean. Great mini kitchen set up - tea, coffee, toaster, microwave, sink, plates, cutlery etc. Staff were super friendly. Even called within 15 mins of us leaving to let us know we’d left something in the room, meaning we were able to go back and get it! ”

“The construction works next door unfortunately ruined it as the noise in the morning was terrible…we did try to change rooms but it was booked out Our bad luck I suppose ”

“En la habitación no llegaba el wifi . Protestamos y tras mucho insistir nos dieron una con wifi y con calefacción estropeada. Pusimos todas las maneras y pasamos frío. El personal desagradable y poco profesional. El motel muy difícil de encontrar y nada recomendable. We had no internet connection in our romo. After much discussion we GOT a room with wifi, but the heating system was broken. After a very very cold night, we swore never to go back”

“Breakfast was the only disappointing aspect of the stay. It was like a mass produced IKEA dining but not as good.sausages and eggs always looked & tasted undercooked ,bacon appeared microwaved and hash browns only made an appearance on two of the six days stay”

“Bar was fully stocked, Rooms very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful to all of the guests including me, everything was at good walking distance and lots of coffee shops and restaurants, but the only problem was not enough parking and very hard to find where to go needs to be assigned to fix this issue ”
