“Amazing accommodation in Coolum ”

“一年程前に、クリーンで、駐車場も安全で、オーシャンビューがとても良かったので、こんかい2回目の訪問でした。今回はマウンデビューの方に宿泊したのですが、三階で周りのビルしか見えない部屋だったので、マウンテンビューと書いてはいけないと思います。部屋も隣のビルから丸見えなので、カーテンを閉めるとなおさら綺麗なお部屋ですが、暗いイメージで残念でした。 ちょうど10時チェックアウトでドアから出ようとした瞬間、お掃除の人がノツクもしないで外から鍵を開けられて、ドアで、はちあわせになりました。着替えていたら？トイレに行っていたら？とこんなに簡単に部屋に入ってくるのかと思うとセキュリティ上で怖くなりました。”

“Muy buena habitacion frente al mar con jacuzzi con vista al mar. Garage en el establecimiento. Carece de desayuno. El wifi pretendian cobrarmelo aparte y tuve que reclamar porque en la reservacion aparecia como incluido. Finalmente me lo dieron sin cargo. Lo malo es que el servicio a la habitacion es semanal. Lo sabia de antes.”

“The staff were lovely and the apartment was very clean. The bed in the master bedroom was broken which I reported and I assume would have been fixed after we checked out. We were able to utilise the second bedroom. Overall a pleasant stay!”

“1.Room.... ordinary condition, mould around shower screen and the base. Old crumbs in utensil drawer. 2. Stove ....dirty around the edges, had to scrape the grease and dirt myself to clean, so i able to cook on it. 3. Curtain in bedroom torn and dirty, and difficult to slide the sliding window. 4. No security or any screen on the bedroom window. 5. Bedding.. pillows thin, uncomfortable, need to be replaced 6. Toaster... small, old looks burnt and un hygienic. Good things are.... excellent...
