We really enjoyed our week stay while we were there for the Ripken Experience! The house was spacious for all of our guests. My husband really loved being able to go fishing whenever he wanted. The beds were super comfortable. Rob was a fantastic host! We would love to stay again!

Perfect!!

This beach house was great for our family of 14, ranging in ages from 11-72! The location is perfect… close enough to the beach for a quick golf cart ride or 15-20 min walk. We loved that it’s in a quiet gated neighborhood for the teens/kids to ride bikes, walk, swim, meet new friends, pass ball, etc. All of the extras like beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, bikes, toys, and games were much appreciated. And the golf carts are a must! Definitely worth the extra money for quick rides to the beach and pool. Rob was very attentive and responsive to every question we had before and during the trip. We had a wonderful time at Paradise Found and will be back!

Perfect location

Our stay was great!! The location is perfect! Having the golf carts were so nice to go to the beach or pool! We had a few hiccups but Rob was on it and got the issues resolved quickly! The communication was excellent and very prompt! We would definitely stay here again!!

Family Vacation 2024

The house suited our needs perfectly for four families, which included teenagers and toddlers. We enjoyed the game room, grilling out, and playing games. Golf carts are well worth the extra cost to get around and to park at the beach. The community had so much to offer. We played pickleball, tennis, and shuffleboard. The outdoor pool and splash pad were a big hit. The owner quickly responded to questions and issues. The house is close to the grocery store, gift shops, restaurants, and attractions, etc. We had a great vacation!!

Family of 15 / Vacation

The house was beautiful, a great location and in a quiet community. Easy and quick commute to the pool and beach. Plenty to do for children of all ages and adults. Even better than the pictures

If you’ve stayed in a lot of different places you show up prepared for things to not quite match the description but this was pleasantly different. It was even better than the pictures. The place was great. The owner was very helpful and responsive. The house was perfect for our big family group to have a great time at the beach.

Couples vacation

The house worked great for our group of four couples. The check in process was a bit bumpy, but Rob was available and assisted the entire time. One golf cart stranded us. Rob made sure it was fixed the next day, and it worked for the rest of our trip. The neighborhood was very nice and we enjoyed walking around or taking the golf carts. The beach was absolutely beautiful and clean. Overall a great stay for us.

House was spacious and clean. All 12 of us loved it and would go back. Having my personal home catch fire days before trip was scheduled the property manager stepped up and helped us at every turn avoiding us canceling at last minute. Thanks

Surfside getaway

This home was beautiful and in a great quiet and friendly neighborhood. The owners Rob and Angie were fantastic to work with and very responsive to needs and issues that arose. The golf carts were a hit with the kids and made traveling to the beach a breeze. When little issues needed attention, the owners sent Ed (the handyman) over. He was courteous and professional and took care of the issues. We will book this property again.

GREAT PLACE

This place is AWESOME, as I told Mr.Rob his pictures on this site doesn't do it any justice. It is HUGE and it accommodated my family of 13(10 adults and 3 kids). It is everything that is in the description. I would definitely stay here again. The owners are really nice and are willing to help with anything

excellent house, too far from beach

We vacation at Surfside beach every year and this is one of the nicest houses we've ever stayed in. There was plenty of room for all of us, the little "apartment" downstairs was perfect for the 4 adults that stayed in that area. One of the golf carts had a flat tire when we arrived and Rob was great about responding right away and rented another golf cart for us when he realized the tire wasn't going to be able to be fixed right away. My only compliant is that you need the golf carts because this house is SO FAR AWAY from the beach.

Perfect!!!!

The property was just as advertised. We enjoyed our stay very much. All of the little extras like the golf carts, beach chairs, coolers were VERY much appreciated. The house suited our family perfectly. I have stayed in a few VRBO homes, but this one by far had the BEST stocked kitchen. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great Location, Great House, Great Time

This house was as advertised and am awesome property. The owner's communication was awesome and there were no problems with check-in or check-out. The location of the property is very good but I would definitely recommend renting golf carts from the owner as they are needed if you plan to go to the beach or pool. The linen service they work with is awesome and we appreciated new sheets being ready to go prior to our arrival. There was plenty of space for our three generations of family that were with us. We had the oldest of our family on the bottom floor as they have bad knees. They had their own rooms and kitchen and bathroom. The main floor of the house was spacious and we never felt cramped. We used the propane grill a couple of times and it lit with no issues. The owner even provided a back-up tank just in case we ran out, which we did! Thanks for that Rob! Getting in and out of the gate was easy and the amenities were also outstanding. They even had free ice cream treats by the pool one day. We were there for a week and our son had a baseball tournament at Grand Park. This property was 15 minutes to the field, only about 7 miles. So that location was great. We went to the the par 3 course a couple times which is across the street. All in all, it was awesome! If I had to pick one thing that could have been a bit better it would be the dusting and vacuuming prior to our arrival, but it wasn't too bad, just could have been better.....but so could my house, LOL. Overall, 4.75 stars out of 5 and I would definitely rent the property and from this owner again.

Wonderful Trip!

We really enjoyed our stay this year! The pool table was fun for the whole family. The kitchens were well stocked and had everything we needed to fix a big family meal. The house was beautiful and we love Oceanside Village!

Nice rental with lots of space

The home is very nice, with plenty of space and comfortable beds. It does need a bit of TLC and a good cleaning but we visited in August which is the end of the rental season. Kitchen could definitely use some bigger coffee mugs. The owners provided some great chairs and stuff to use on the beach which was appreciated as we learned on arrival that our cabana and small shade were not permitted on the beach. Golf cart rental allowed easy beach access and a fun way to get around. Without the cart it would have been a bit of a walk. Super nice helpful owner made the process easy. Thank you!
